The businesses may be different, but many of the buildings along Mass Street are still the same. Several of the current businesses that occupy these buildings today are proud to incorporate their building's history into their decor.
The building itself has changed, but the Eldridge Hotel is one of the few businesses that has stayed in the same location on Mass Street since it was established.

Built in 1908, the Ecke Building has had several resturants occupy its lower level. Today Ingredient is located in the building.
Designed by K.U. professor William Griffith, the Masonic Temple was built in 1910. Today, the Greenhouse Culture is its occupant.
The Merchants National Bank building, pictured here, was heavily remodelled in 1930. The exterior of the building bears little resemblance to its former appearance today, but inside, this building retains one of the original safe doors along with a few other original features.
What was once Watkins Bank is now the Watkins Community Museum. Like the exterior, there are many interior features that are original to the building.
After the Bowersock Opera House burned down, the Bowersock Theatre was constructed on the corner of 6th and Mass. Liberty Hall is now housed in this building.
