Postcard with colored image of the Douglas County Court House on the front. Image depicts the front and side of the court house. At the top of the postcard "Lawrence, Kans., Douglas County Court House" is printed in red ink. On the back along the left side "10992 Pub. by Carl W. Mettner, Lawrence, Kans. Printed in Germany." is printed sideways in green ink. A note is written on the back to Mr. Elmer Ousdahl in Lawrence Kansas from his sister Anne M.Skeet in Kansas City, Missouri. Dated January 24, 1911. Information on when and from whom the postcard was acquired is on the back, 2/7/1975 from Stella Zimmer.
