Postcard with a black and white photograph of Missouri Street residence after the 1911 tornado. Photograph shows several people standing on the debris of houses. Across the middle of the photograph "Hecks on Missouri St. After Tornado Lawrence Ks. 4/12/1911" is printed in white ink. Above "12" is "5" printed in white ink. Information on when and where the postcard was acquired is on the back, 6/14/1997 from Detlor. Note, there is no individual with the name of Heck's living on Missouri Street at this time.
