Lawrence Public Library Board meetings minutes for 1929. Includes salaries, donations, committees, expenses reports. The secretary wrote about the death of William Bromestick on February 16th. Mr. Finch requested that the library be closed for one day and the staff were allowed to attend the Kansas City library Association meeting, but this request was denied. The board requested the mayor to re-appoint Hellen Mitchell and Max Wilhelm.
